We don’t know we can, till we try.

It’s been a quite a few years in the photography game and it’s really a struggle to make a name for yourself where we have a sea of talent out there. The arrival of more digital cameras and variety of digital devices has increased the overall struggle but as they say the cream will always rise to the top.

I have decided to try and increase my skill set and started down the video route, well we don’t know we can do something till we try. We can either fail or succeed. If we don’t try we will never know.

So this is my start down the route of documenting my trips on film. I think it’ll get better as I spend more time editing the videos, adding sound to it and learning how to use the software to it’s full potential.

I hope you like the episode of our trip to Loch Ness on a photography weekend.

As always, thanks for reading my posts.

You have to be in it, to win it!

YouTube channel started, Queensferry crossing video.

Finally gave in and started a YouTube channel, still work in progress and I guess like my photograph with time and experience it will get better. I’m not a person that likes to be recorded so I will have to think of a way I will do this without getting myself caught or heard on camera. I have a few good ideas already and I have a friend who is very good with project planning and storyboards, so we’ll see what happens.

Anyway here’s a short video of images captured while walking over the new Forth Queensferry crossing which opens today for traffic.

Thanks for visiting.
